Believe in Yourself
Recently, I read a book by Susan Solovic, Girl’s Guide to
Building a Million Dollar Business. Her statements made so
much sense about becoming a success. I’m sure you remember
the saying, “If you don’t believe in yourself, nobody else
can”.
Use EFT to remove the writings on your wall (the smart
mouth whispers you hear in your head), which continually
backbite you, as you do your best to move forward. EFT is
a wonderful thing. By concentrating on removing all broken
circuits, due to bad programming earlier in you life, you
can concentrate on rebuilding and building your self-esteem
from this moment forward.
Dr. Rachna Jain, a Baltimore psychologist and business
coach says, “Self-doubt is one of the main reasons business
owners don’t achieve the level of success they could”. As
writers, independent contractors, consultants, or parents,
how can we achieve the level of success we desire if we
allow self-doubt to creep into our lives?
Stop and recognize the incredible being you are. While the
place in life that you currently reside reflects who you
were yesterday, imagine the amazing place you will reside
tomorrow, due to the fact of your truly believable place of
wealth you are today. You may have bounced checks all over
creation, or behind on your bills, but look where you are
now in your thinking than you were two years ago? Isn’t it
amazing?
With the mindset of believing in yourself, the million
dollar threshold can be yours to cross. This setup
statement might be a bit beyond being able to be said out
loud for some of you, and that’s ok. Hum it instead.
Even though, I don’t believe in myself. I forgive myself.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Some people have spectacular support systems and have been
built up most of their lives, while others can’t remember
anything nice being said to them while growing up. You
must remain your own best friend. Believe in yourself.
Give yourself pep talks daily. Use Patti LaBelle’s song, A
New Attitude or Queen’s song We are the Champions as your
theme song. Play them and say your affirmations out loud
while they play. Say your affirmations with lots of
emotion. Do this a couple times daily. You’re frequency
will begin to change and you’re mindset will shift. You
will be aware of it, and soon others will be too.
To Your Success,
Cindy
