Create a Mindset
As I sit and contemplate my corner of the web, I visualize how I want my site to grow. The direction I want the energy to flow. My subconscious will work toward what it believes is real, so I visualize in as many details as possible to make the scenes look and feel real to me and my subconscious.
When in military boot camp, we were told all types of stories to encourage us. One story I remember is the one about a golf enthusiast who was also a Vietnam prisoner of war veteran. He sat in a box unable to see his buddies, who were in adjoining boxes or in near by cages. Daily he envisioned playing golf. After he returned home he pursued his dream of playing golf with his dad. First time on the golf course since he went to war, his game was amazing. It was his best score ever.
How could this be? He visualized daily how he would make the back swing, what club he would use, and how it felt. The first time on the course after all the visualization he did as good as or better than he visualized. He had convinced his subconscious that his game was good. When he played and his subconscious believed his game was great, he played a great game.
You can achieve your dreams the same way. Previously, I’ve talked about turning your neural pathways into super highways. This is done by learning and practicing new things. Each time you visualize you create stronger connects that will allow you to learn how to create what you visualize.
Your subconscious or unconscious mind doesn’t differentiate from the real physical events and those you create using your mind. Chose to create a new mindset and attain your dreams.
EFT can help by removing the emotions that hinder your sense of deserving and ability to allow yourself to accomplish your goals with little effort. Tapping your meridians while you visualize is another good way to assist in removing static energy that clogs your ability to achieve powerhouse.
