Earlier this afternoon, I spoke with my dear friend Raymon (www.ramongrace.us) and we compared notes on soul retrievals which lead into the conversation about EFT.

Recently, he started using EFT sort of.  He forgot to tap.  He said it like a mantra or prayer.  The tapping was forgotten but the words were not and he used the words in a prayer form repeatedly.  Now… he’s found that we need to INVITE in to our space/US the Spirits of Love, Gratitude, Forgiveness, Prosperity and Freedom twice daily for quick change.  He’s been doing using this method since March or so with great benefits.

Even though, I don’t have the Spirit of _Love_, I choose to invite the Spirit of Love in and allow change.  I invite the Spirit of Love to live within me.  I forgive myself for not doing this sooner.  I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

If your choice is to use the tapping points:

EB – I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

OE – I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

UE - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

UN - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

Ch - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

CB - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

UA - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me.

Head - I invite the Spirit of _Love_ to live within me. Thank you for joining me.

Repeat for each Spirit or Energy that you call forth to live in your life and thank them daily for joining you.  After a month, give thanks twice daily.
