Spinning Your Wheels

Revelations galore were presented this past week, either through consulting sessions or blogs that are on my to-read list. This week Ian David Chapman wrote in his blog a very adept analogy of how you become trapped in the rut of spinning your wheels, while you think you are moving forward in small steps.

Clients often hear me state, “Accept no guilt, no shame, no blame.” All three emotions are a waste of energy and not congruent with achieving your goals. They stymie the body’s electrical circuits.
